# new

Create a new Scheduler object

```lua
Scheduler.new(loopTime)
```

Example usage:

```lua
local Scheduler = Stellar.Get("Scheduler")
local counterScheduler = Scheduler.new(5)

counterScheduler:Tick(function()
    print("test")
end)

counterScheduler:Start()
```
